Digital Services (Health Plans, Consultations, etc.)
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Health Plans and Digital Services: Due to the nature of our services (which are delivered digitally), we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been delivered or accessed.
- Consultations: If you’ve had a consultation with one of our specialists, refunds will only be offered if there was an issue with the service (e.g., technical problems, incomplete delivery of the service, etc.).
- Cancellation of Services
- If you have purchased a subscription plan or digital service (such as a health plan for your pet) and wish to cancel before accessing it, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the service has not yet been used or accessed.

- Non-Refundable Services
- Once any service or digital content (such as a health plan or consultation) has been accessed or used, it is non-refundable. This is because we are unable to “return” digital content or services once delivered.
Technical Issues and Service Delivery Problems
If you experience technical issues or problems accessing our services (such as issues with receiving or viewing your health plan), please contact us at help@happypetsv.info immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
